The app freezes or crashes
Cross-platform iOS and macOS apps, such as the YOGA SEQUENCING APP, are very practical for users, but not very easy to handle for developers. As a result, not many apps offer cross-platform availability.

Originally the app has been designed for the iPad and iPhone.
We are aware, that the app does freeze sometimes and we are working on that problem. Furthermore, apple has announced to improve the compatibility of cross platform apps.

To reduce the freezing, there are some tips:

always place a text/spacer at the end of a chapter and drag and drop the images in front of it. After having finished a chapter, the spacer can be used to open a new chapter (downwards looking arrow) or it can just be deleted.

if you reconsider drag and dropping an image within the flow, place it anyways somewhere else. If you abort the action or place the image at its previous place, the app will freeze.

Mac requires macOS 10.15 or newer
You bought access to all the images but still only the free poses are shown
Please make sure you have an internet connection and are signed in to the same Apple ID on all devices.
Open the app and restore the purchases:

Restore Purchases
Close and reopen the app and you should have access to all the images.

If this doesn't help, try this:

Delete the app from your device

Restart the device
-
Reinstall the app on your device

Make sure that you have an internet connection to view the latest information.
Press the 3 dots in the top right corner of the app

Choose 'Subscriptions'

Your next billing date and subscription status will be displayed
How do I withdraw from the in-app purchase?
We do not have access to your Apple purchases or your Apple account.

Open the settings app of your device

Tap your name (Apple ID)

Tap Subscriptions

Tap the subscription 'All Images Package'

Tap Cancel Subscription
How much does an annual subscription (In-App Purchase) cost?

1. Go to the App Store and go to the description of the Yoga Sequencing App
2. Scroll down to 'Information'
3. Tap the down arrow on 'In-App Purchases'
4. The price for the 'All Images Package (1 year)' will now be displayed
